- 14-16 firm tofu (drain 15 min)
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chile flakes
- 1/2 tsp Kala namak salt
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 c oat milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
crumble the tofu, pan fry in oil 5-7 min, then add the sauce
