Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 stick browned butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/3 cup gluten free flour, make sure it has xanthan gum

1 tbsp milk (almond milk works)

1 cup chocolate chips

Mix above, cool for 30 minutes (no need for overnight), then bake at 350°F for 10-12 min. Sprinkle with salt for effect.
